Hormones, longevity, and vitality.

Care that connects your symptoms, physiology, and long-term health.

Root-cause naturopathic care for women who want to understand what is happening in their body and feel like themselves again.

I look deeper into your physiology using nutrition, targeted supplements, lab-guided care, and BHRT when indicated, so your plan is built around the reason you feel off, not just the symptoms.

If you know something is off, it is worth investigating

Many women come in after months or years of feeling dismissed, depleted, or stuck. Maybe your sleep has changed. Maybe your cycle is different. Maybe weight, energy, mood, libido, skin, hair, or stress tolerance no longer feel like you.

These changes can be frustrating, especially when basic testing looks “normal” or the advice you have received feels too generic. At Ginkgo Integrative, the goal is to slow down, look at the full pattern, and build a plan that matches your physiology and your life.

Your symptoms are information. They deserve context.

The Ginkgo approach

Dig deeper before deciding what to do next

Hormone care should not be a quick guess. I consider your symptoms, health history, blood work, menstrual or menopause stage, nutrition, strength, sleep, stress, digestion, and metabolic health before recommending a plan.

What we may look at together

A plan for the whole picture

Hormone patterns

Cycle changes, PMS, perimenopause, menopause, sleep shifts, libido, mood, skin, hair, and hot flashes.

Energy and metabolism

Blood sugar, insulin resistance, cravings, body composition, fatigue, recovery, and weight changes.

Nutrition and supplements

Protein, micronutrients, digestion, deficiencies, inflammation, and targeted support that fits the reason.

Longevity habits

Strength, sleep, movement, nervous-system regulation, and sustainable routines that support long-term vitality.

Where BHRT can fit

Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy can be part of the conversation for some patients, especially during perimenopause or menopause, but it is not a shortcut and it is not the right fit for everyone.

If BHRT is being considered, we review symptoms, risk factors, health history, current medications, goals, and relevant labs. We also talk about nutrition, strength, sleep, stress, and metabolic health, because hormones do not operate in isolation.

The plan should make sense for your body, your season of life, and your long-term health.

What to expect

We start with a detailed intake and a clear conversation about what has changed, what has already been tried, what your labs show, and what you want your health to feel like six months from now.

From there, your plan may include nutrition, supplements, testing, hormone support, metabolic support, IV or injection therapy when appropriate, and follow-up to track what is actually changing.

You do not have to wait until things feel unmanageable. If your body is giving you clues, it is reasonable to investigate.
