Dr. Jordana Aziz, Naturopathic Physician

Dr. Jordana Aziz here, and I don’t believe in surface-level care.

If you’re here, it’s likely because something feels off—your energy, your hormones, your body composition, your focus, your drive. Maybe you’ve been told everything is “normal,” but you don’t feel like yourself. That’s where I come in.

My work is about a full-body audit—understanding how your hormones, metabolism, nutrition, and lifestyle are actually functioning together. Not guessing. Not throwing supplements at you. We use deep diagnostics, real data, and honest conversations to figure out what’s going on in your body and how to fix it.

Nutrition is the foundation. From there, we build—strategically. Hormone optimization, metabolic health, targeted therapies when needed—but always with the goal of creating long-term, sustainable change. This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a rebuild.

I want you to feel clear, driven, and strong again.
Better energy. Better sleep. Better libido.
More focus, sharper decision-making, and the ambition to actually go after your life.

Your 40s, 50s, and beyond should not feel like a decline—they should feel like your prime.

And while I work deeply with adults navigating hormone and metabolic changes, I also care for families and children—because building health early matters just as much as restoring it later.

I grew up in Vancouver and now live, work, and play in Kelowna. When I’m not in clinic, you’ll find me outside—hiking, skiing, or with my dog Oliver. Movement, nature, and strength are a big part of how I live, and it’s the same philosophy I bring into my practice.

This is about understanding your body—and building a version of your health that actually supports the life you want to live.
