Comprehensive care, not a single-visit model.

Dr. Aziz’s care model is designed to help you understand what is happening in your body, what testing may be useful, and how to build a practical plan over time.

Your care may include blood work, nutrition strategy, metabolic assessment, hormone support when appropriate, and follow-up monitoring so the plan can be adjusted safely.

The visit looks at the whole picture.

The goal is to connect symptoms, labs, nutrition, metabolism, and lifestyle into one clear plan.

History

Symptoms, goals, diagnoses, medications, supplements, sleep, stress, movement, and daily routine.

Diagnostics

Previous results, updated blood work, hormone markers, metabolic markers, and functional testing when useful.

Metabolism

Body composition, visceral fat, lean muscle, nutrition patterns, blood sugar, energy, and resilience.

Plan

A practical care pathway with nutrition, monitoring, supplements, medication, or hormone support when appropriate.

How care unfolds.

The first two visits establish the foundation: a full intake, appropriate diagnostics, a fasted metabolic assessment, and a treatment plan built around your goals.

Two common care pathways.

Hormone / longevity / maintenance

For hormone optimization, perimenopause or menopause support, testosterone optimization, energy, sleep, mood, muscle and bone protection, and cardiometabolic prevention.

  • Usually every 2 to 3 months
  • Frequency depends on symptoms and labs
  • Medication or hormone monitoring when indicated
  • Nutrition and lifestyle support over time

Metabolic / weight-loss support

For body recomposition, visceral fat reduction, muscle gain, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, nutrition optimization, and long-term metabolic health.

  • Usually monthly follow-ups
  • Repeat metabolic testing
  • Nutrition and protein / fibre goals, physiological needs based on bloodwork
  • Tracking lean muscle, visceral fat, hydration, sleep, and body fat

Monitoring is part of the plan.

For Women

Women on hormone, metabolic, or longevity protocols are typically reassessed every 2 to 3 months — symptoms, cycle or menopause changes, sleep, mood, cholesterol, body composition, and treatment response.

For Men

Men on testosterone support, hormone, or metabolic protocols may need updated blood work about every 3 months to monitor red blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit, hormones, lipids, liver markers, and metabolic markers.

Hormone therapy

Hormone therapy is not started automatically. It is considered when appropriate based on symptoms, blood work, medical history, risk factors, and your overall health picture.

Nutrition review

Nutrition is a core part of care. Dr. Aziz reviews food tracking and tailors recommendations based on your labs, goals, digestion, lifestyle, protein needs, fibre intake, and metabolic health.
